Elevate Your Skills with FeelCare’s Training

Our relentless commitment to excellence is reflected in our comprehensive training strategy. Each of our dedicated care workers is meticulously trained to adhere to the exacting standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). With a strong emphasis on quality, all our care workers undergo rigorous training that equips them with a high level of expertise and hands-on experience in the field of caregiving.

At FeelCare, we pride ourselves on embracing diversity and inclusivity. Our team of carers hails from diverse backgrounds worldwide, embodying a rich tapestry of cultures and perspectives. We firmly stand against discrimination and ensure that our agency remains an equal opportunity platform for everyone, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, religion, or any other factor. We hold our clients and introduced carers to the same standards, fostering an environment where shared principles of respect and dignity flourish.

Empowering Through Training: The FeelCare Way

Our commitment to continuous improvement and excellence is further demonstrated through our training programs. With a structured 12-week Care Certificate curriculum, our team members receive comprehensive instruction on a wide array of crucial standards, including understanding their roles, personal development, duty of care, equality and diversity, person-centered care, effective communication, maintaining privacy and dignity, fluid and nutrition management, mental health awareness, dementia care, safeguarding adults and children, basic life support, health and safety protocols, responsible information handling, and infection prevention and control.

To ensure our team members are always at the top of their game, we provide ongoing supervision and monitor their progress closely. With a focus on continuous improvement, our training plan encompasses critical areas such as medication management, dementia awareness, safeguarding adults at risk, health and safety best practices, mental capacity, manual handling techniques, food hygiene, continence care, infection control, and palliative care.

A Commitment to Excellence

We take our commitment seriously, and our office-based staff conducts regular visits to assess and ensure that every aspect of care is delivered to the highest standards. By maintaining a continuous dialogue and assessment process, we ensure that all care outcomes are consistently met, reflecting our dedication to the well-being of both our clients and our exceptional care team.
